iNurse Breast Shells – White/Blue
iNurse breast shells protect sensitive nipples from rubbing against clothing between breastfeeds. Their ventilated design allows air to reach the skin, while five drainage holes let excess milk drain into a breast pad.
How to use iNurse breast shells
- Place the breast shell over the nipple inside your nursing bra.
- Position one or two breast pads between the drainage holes at the bottom of the shell and your bra to absorb excess milk.
- Use a comfortable nursing bra that is not too tight.
Three colour combinations
iNurse breast shells are available in White, White/Blue and White/Pink. The two-colour versions make it easier to tell the shells apart and keep each shell assigned to the same breast.
Design and materials
Developed with a professional orthotist, the shells have smooth, rounded edges for comfort. They are made from medically approved plastic and are designed and manufactured in Denmark.
Cleaning your breast shells
Wash with water and ordinary soap, then rinse thoroughly. Alternatively, cover the shells completely with water and boil in a saucepan for five minutes. The supplied instructions also describe cleaning in a bowl of water in the microwave for five minutes. Allow the shells to dry completely before using them again. Follow the product instructions for use and cleaning.
