Intimate rinse bottle

An intimate rinse bottle is a practical addition to your hospital bag and can make personal hygiene and toilet visits more comfortable after giving birth.

Use it to gently rinse the external intimate area with clean water. With the lid fitted, it can also be carried in your bag.

After birth, tears and sensitive skin can cause stinging and discomfort, especially when passing urine. A gentle flow of water can help make cleansing more comfortable without rubbing the skin.

The holes in the cap are designed to distribute water gently. The bottle is intended for external intimate hygiene and can be used after birth as needed.

How to use your rinse bottle

Fill the bottle with clean water at a comfortable temperature. Fit the cap with its seven small holes to create a gentle rinse.

To maintain good hygiene, replace the bottle regularly. Depending on your needs, we recommend using approximately one bottle per day.

Follow any individual care instructions from your maternity team.

“Many pregnant women worry about the time after birth because of tears and swelling in the intimate area. The rinse bottle is an excellent tool for easing discomfort and making toilet visits much more comfortable.”

– Translated quotation from Annemaia Møller, doula and breastfeeding specialist
